Application Guidelines

  • Always determine the suitable of the grout system. Ensure that proper study is done with design drawings and soil investigation report
  • Use 1-component pump with reasonable flow
  • Always inject at lowest pressure and gradually increase to desired resin flow
  • Flush pump with water or cleaning agent
  • Seek Adcos technical support for curtain grouting application

Packaging

Standard packaging:

Resin – 20kg plastic jerry can
Catalyst – 0.625kg bottle

To avoid problems, it is very important to understand that these materials are both temperature and moisture sensitive. Therefore, materials should be stored in an area with temperatures not exceeding 35°C or not lower than 2°C. Shelf life is two years. Avoid partly used drums.
