One component, non-phthalate, non-solvent, VOC free, low viscosity and hydrophilic polyurethane injection system ideally for foundations, dynamic cracks and joints in concrete structures, tunnels, and masonry structures. Reaction with water yields a flexible closed cell polyurethane foam. To be injected with one-component pump.
HOW DOES HYDROFOAM WORKS?
HYDROFOAM is designed for injection of joints or repairing leaks in concrete structures. In contact with water, it forms a flexible gasket in the crack or joint. The system isideal for dynamic movement more than 10%. The resin expands and cures to a resilient, flexible closed-cell foam when in contact with water. Hydrofoam is designed to withstand wet-dry cycles and thermal movements. Used as 1K system for injection into wet conditions or 2K system in a 1:1 ratio with water as a second component for injection into dry conditions.

HYDROFOAM is meant to be used as a ONE·PASS method, the tough flexible foam is generally unaffected by corrosive environment. HYDROFOAM is a next generation 1 component injection resin with enhance permanent leak sealing and waterproofing performance.
OPERATIONAL DATA
HYDROFOAM can be used as a 1-component system for injecting into wet conditions; or as a 2-component system with a 1:1 ratio water for injecting into dry environment. Pumps should be cleaned with MEK, Acetone, or any solvent cleaning agent for cleaning of polyurethane injection pumps.

STORAGE
HYDROFOAM is sensitive to humidity. Store away from frost and heat in a dry area. Optimal storage temperature is between S°C and 30°C. Open cans should be finished as soon as possible. Shelf life is 1 year.
